They had my Corvette 55 days. Supposedly they aligned the car, but it still needs an alignment. I found pieces that were taken off of the car that never got put back on in the frunk. Anne, service manager, is not a nice person.

Had the car in for service. We were told the $195 diagnostic fee would be used against the repair bill, but instead it was used for a 'safety inspection ', which we did not ask for.

I made an appointment online for 1:30 on Wednesday (2009 Impala). I was called on Monday indicating the appointment at 1:30 would not allow enough time to complete the AC diagnosis and repair. I was asked if I could bring it in earlier. I told (woman?) I would drop it off Tuesday evening and they said to put keys in Lockbox. I have paint bubbling and instead of trying to help I was told you're out of warranty and pretty much SOL.
I'm very satisfied with the dealership and the stuff they do for us. They're Very honest people, they get the work done on time and they even update us on the progress and they tell us about any other parts in the vehicle that are damaged or just need replacement and ask us if we want it fixed

I really thought I was quoted $159 plus tax for my oil change, but when I picked it up they said $252. I was disappointed. The clerk tried to make it right by giving me a 15% discount. This was my first time here servicing the corvette I bought elsewhere in May, so I will try you again, but will be extra careful.

Had to bring truck back for brakes after a week. 2 weeks later had to bring truck back for a derate issue that cost me 100 out of pocket, asked to talk to a manager and was ignored

Brought my car in for a pre paid oil change. The lady brought out the cabin air filter to show me how dirty it was. She stated that a new one was $82. I told her to go ahead and replace it. When I got home and looked at the bill, the filter was actually $40.00 and I was charged $42.00 labor to put it in. They already had the old one out, if I had said no to the new cabin filter would they have charged me for labor to put the old one back in. I think this is very deceptive.
I already did above. The shuttle experience was poor, but otherwise I was kept apprised of the situation and my car was done when promised.

Everything but service deptpartment is horrible, was OK this time but have been treated horrible in the past, salesman and finance woman where great. Just upset had to come back and sit for 3.5 hours because truck needed new brakes that wasn't found before I bought truck but had light on, wish truck was somewhere else because of your service deptpartment

Car serviced there. High quality service, except mechanic left oily handprints in multiple spots on the interior. A rather ridiculous amount of them.
Slower process than expected. Price negotiation was a bit stressful. A lot of back and forth between sale's and sales manager. Might be easier to just to put the 3 of us together. Also had to wait a significant time to take delivery as we were waiting on the sales consultant to free up. Other than that the people we interfaced with were very nice and pleasant to work with.
