Brought my car in for a pre paid oil change. The lady brought out the cabin air filter to show me how dirty it was. She stated that a new one was $82. I told her to go ahead and replace it. When I got home and looked at the bill, the filter was actually $40.00 and I was charged $42.00 labor to put it in. They already had the old one out, if I had said no to the new cabin filter would they have charged me for labor to put the old one back in. I think this is very deceptive.
I already did above. The shuttle experience was poor, but otherwise I was kept apprised of the situation and my car was done when promised.

Everything but service deptpartment is horrible, was OK this time but have been treated horrible in the past, salesman and finance woman where great. Just upset had to come back and sit for 3.5 hours because truck needed new brakes that wasn't found before I bought truck but had light on, wish truck was somewhere else because of your service deptpartment

Car serviced there. High quality service, except mechanic left oily handprints in multiple spots on the interior. A rather ridiculous amount of them.
Slower process than expected. Price negotiation was a bit stressful. A lot of back and forth between sale's and sales manager. Might be easier to just to put the 3 of us together. Also had to wait a significant time to take delivery as we were waiting on the sales consultant to free up. Other than that the people we interfaced with were very nice and pleasant to work with.
Service department left us feeling as we had no options. Every question was met by what seemed impossible situations. Even after the warranty company told us what could and should be done we were told no by the same individual at the service desk. I called the insurance company after we left the garage they had me get her on the phone and the agent explained what should be done. Amber Norman is absolutely the best. We were from out of town and a hour before service was due to close and she got us in and fixed my truck. Everything was good as usual except when I got home I had to double check (which I googled to find out how) my air filter to make sure it was changed because the dash still said change at next oil change , but it was changed do I googled that on how to reset the indicator .. easy , so all is good

Towed into dealership with truck & Airstream travel trailer. Dealership personal 7:45PM directed us where we spent the night. Next morning Amber from service took great care of us and got us back on the roads

I was lead to believe someone was coming to tell me about my car within a hour it was almost 2 hours for someone to come and talk to me it took me going to the counter then I got a response
It took almost a month for a loaner car, which means I couldn't work. Once I got my car back it now drives like crap! Had they replaced the transmission instead of repairing it we wouldn't have these problems.
Pulled up and they checked me in quickly and got to work on the oil change and tire rotation. They performed the job quickly and the truck was just as clean as I had it with no other issues. Would definitely recommend Anne and her team.

Buying a car experience was okay. Upset they wouldn't budge on the price at all. So I just took it. But after 4 days the starter went out and basically told me that's your problem. So we called they told us to come in the (Tuesday) next morning we can look at it, so we did. I brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. I added on the fuel injection service. When returning to it vehicle after completion of the service, I noticed an oily substance in the door handle. I wiped it off and thought nothing of it. When I got home I saw a substance running down the side of my truck from the gas tank, onto the footstep. Taking 2 hours for an oil change when I'm the only one there. Only after an hour and 15 minutes did she walk by on her way somewhere else did she blame the parts dept on getting pricing on parts. You always give me a list of things wrong with my car. I get a second opinion and find I don't need these parts. Loved the one how I really needed a battery so badly. Didn't know how long it would continue to start. I CLEANED it. Been working fine.

Brought my 26 Terrain in to have the radio volume knob looked to replace. I was advised it couldn't be a simple repair. Hearing my options, I chose to replace the radio/display system. I dropped it off on Friday June 6th so the could disassemble the unit to get all the part information and order correct unit. They had it ready as promised on the June 11th. Service department replaced transmission in the time that they stated. Different trans is shifting and acting accordingly. Graffs replaced rear wiper blade as agreed to by them. Everyone at this dealership were respectful and helpful. I would do business with them again.
